The light itself does the job, so I can’t really complain too much there. But the dimming is a little choppy at times, which is kind of disappointing for the price. It’s not bad enough to be a dealbreaker, but I definitely expected it to feel a bit more polished.

I had to wait quite a while to hear back from pro-emit.de. When they finally replied, the answer was fine, but the whole communication felt a bit disorganized and slower than I expected. Maybe it was just my experience, but it was frustrating when I only needed a quick update.

I was really hoping to leave the consultation feeling clear and reassured, but it felt super rushed. I did get a few answers, but I had to repeat myself and ask the same things again, which was kind of exhausting. Maybe it’s fine if you just need something really simple, but for me it definitely wasn’t enough and I left feeling more confused than when I started

Getting it installed was mostly straightforward, and the instructions were decent enough to follow. I did get a little hung up on the wiring and had to take my time with that part, which was a bit annoying. Still, once I figured it out, everything came together fine. Overall, not a bad experience, just not completely effortless either.

I was hoping the plants would take off a bit more, but they just kind of... didn’t. There was some growth, I guess, but it felt weak overall. Not sure if it was the product or just my setup, but yeah, not much happened.

I bought from Pro-emit because they made it sound like I’d see some kind of noticeable yield improvement, but the whole thing felt vague from the start. There were a lot of general claims and “you should see better results” type promises, but nothing that really matched what happened for me.
After using it, I didn’t notice much of a difference at all. Maybe it works better for other people, but for what I paid, I expected something more clear and measurable. I ended up feeling disappointed.

The return process was frustrating. Replies were really slow, and I still haven’t gotten a clear update on what’s going on. A friend had actually recommended Pro-emit to me, so I was expecting a smoother experience, but after this I don’t think I’d order from them again

I had a hard time getting my lamp set up, and the tech support didn’t really make it any easier. They took forever to reply, and when they did, it felt like they were asking me the same questions over and over. Maybe they were following some checklist or whatever, but it got frustrating fast. I ended up just searching around on Google and figuring it out myself, which worked, but yeah… not really the experience I was hoping for.

I ordered from pro-emit.de and at first glance the product looked okay, but after using it a bit, something just feels off. Some of the parts feel a bit cheap and not as sturdy as I expected. It does work, so it’s not a total miss, but for the price I thought the quality would be better.

I noticed it heats up quickly during use, and the heat management just doesn’t seem all that great. It’s sorta disappointing if you’re expecting it to stay cool for longer.

I bought this because the whole spectrum thing sounded good, but that ended up feeling more like marketing talk than anything I actually saw in my grow. My plants just looked kind of flat and slow compared to how they did under my old light.
I messed with the height, changed the timer, gave it a fair shot, but the results stayed weak. Maybe it works fine for someone else, but for me the spectrum didn’t seem as dialed in as the company makes it sound.

For what it costs, I expected a lot more. I’m tired of products that look great on paper and in polished descriptions but don’t really show up in real use. I wouldn’t buy it again.

My order took way longer to arrive than I expected, and the updates were barely helpful. I kept having to check for info and go through too many steps just to figure out what was going on. By the time it finally showed up, I was frustrated. Not a great experience.

I tried pro-emit.de hoping it would make a noticeable difference in my energy use, i’m kind of mixed on it. The setup was straightforward and nothing really went wrong, so I can’t say it was a bad experience. But at the same time, my power usage barely changed afterward, which was disappointing because that was the whole point for me. Maybe it works better in other homes or setups, and I do think the idea is solid, but I was expecting clearer savings. Overall, not terrible, just not worth it for me. 2 stars.

It works fine overall, but the fan is louder than I expected. For my setup, it’s just a bit too noisy to be comfortable.

I found what I needed quickly, and checking out was simple enough. The mobile menu was a little clunky with this and that, but overall it was a decent experience

I’m disappointed with the customer service I received. It took way too long to get a response, and when someone finally got back to me, it felt like they hadn’t even properly read what I’d written. I had to follow up again and still didn’t get any clear help. At the very least, I’d expect an apology for the hassle. I wouldn’t use them again based on this experience.

Trying to pay was kinda confusing, and it just wouldn’t go through properly. I kept thinking I’d done something wrong lol, but the process felt way more annoying than it should’ve been.

I expected better from this. When I needed help, support was slow, slow enough that it got frustrating, and the answers I got were kind of confusing. I really wanted it to be easier than it was...

I ordered this because it looked like it was actually in stock, like the page showed it was available and let me check out normally, but then I got a message saying they didn’t have it after all. Super frustrating because I’d already planned around it, stopped looking at other stores, and basically thought it was sorted. Then I had to go search somewhere else, compare prices again, check delivery times again, and start the whole thing over. It’s the kind of thing that wastes your afternoon over something that should’ve been simple. Annoying experience, and I don’t think I’d bother ordering from here again...

I bought this from pro-emit.de i’m disappointed. The whole thing just feels cheaper than I expected, especially for the price. The housing doesn’t feel very solid, the edges don’t line up nicely, and after only a short time one part already started wobbling. On top of that, having to deal with repeated verification during the process was really annoying and made the whole experience even more frustrating. Maybe I just got a bad one, but I wouldn’t buy it again...
